Privacy policy

Programo (marathontrainingpdf.com, “we”) collects the minimum data needed to deliver your training plan and provide support. We don’t sell your data. We don’t use it for advertising profiles. We don’t train AI models on it.

What we collect

  • Email address — to send you your plan and support replies.
  • Onboarding answers — your race, fitness, and schedule. Used solely to generate your plan.
  • Stripe payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see card numbers.
  • Anonymous analytics — Google Analytics 4 with anonymised IP, and Microsoft Clarity session recordings (form-input capture disabled).

What we do with it

  • Generate your personalised plan. Plan generation uses Anthropic’s Claude AI; per Anthropic’s commercial terms, your data is not used to train their models.
  • Send you transactional email via Resend (your magic-link login, your order confirmation, your plan-ready notification).
  • Improve the product using anonymised aggregate analytics — never individual identifying records.

What we don’t do

  • Sell your data to anyone, ever.
  • Build advertising profiles or share with ad networks beyond Google Ads conversion measurement.
  • Train any AI models on your inputs or outputs.
  • Share your data with third parties beyond the subprocessors listed below.

Your rights

  • Request a copy of your data — email running.support@gmail.com. We respond within 14 days.
  • Request deletion — same email. We delete within 14 days, except where we must retain a Stripe transaction record for tax/accounting compliance.
  • Opt out of analytics — use a browser ad-blocker, enable Do Not Track, or email us.

We rely on these services to run Programo. Each operates under their own privacy policy:

Cookies

We use the minimum cookies needed for the service to work: a session cookie (so you stay signed in), a Stripe cookie during checkout, and an anonymous Google Analytics cookie. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social-media trackers.

Children

Programo is not directed at children under 16. If you’re under 16, please don’t use the service without a parent or guardian. If we learn we’ve collected data from a child, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The “last updated” date at the top will change. If we make a material change, we’ll email anyone with an active account.
