Refund policy

7-day refund, no questions asked. Email running.support@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we refund your $5 in full. No forms. No surveys. No friction.
Why we offer it
We don’t want a $5 plan to feel risky. If the plan doesn’t fit you, doesn’t generate cleanly, or you simply change your mind — we refund. We’d rather have your trust than your $5.
How it works
- Email running.support@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase date (the date on your Stripe receipt).
- Tell us the email you used at checkout so we can match the charge.
- We refund within 3 business days. The refund lands on the same card you paid with.
- You don’t need to return anything. Keep the PDF if it’s useful.
What we don’t do
- Pretend the policy says something it doesn’t.
- Make you fill out a multi-step form.
- Email you a survey before processing the refund.
- Argue.
What’s outside the policy
- Refund requests more than 7 days after purchase. Email us anyway — we’ll do what we can, especially for technical issues, but we make no guarantee past day 7.
- Stripe processing fees on the merchant side (we eat those — your refund is the full $5 you paid).
Chargebacks
If something’s wrong, please email us first. A chargeback through your bank costs us more than the refund (Stripe charges $15 per chargeback regardless of outcome) and a chargeback typically takes 30–60 days. An email gets you refunded in 3 business days.
